R is for Rhythms of Happiness
What
can bring in the rhythm of happiness into our lives without much
effort? Listening to some melodious music or watching Nature at its
glory.
Colorful
Flowers can bring in the rhythm of happiness everyday with ease.
Not only colorful flowers, even the colorful birds with their melodious songs can also bring in the rhythm of happiness into our lives.
Watching clouds that drift slowly across the sky can also bring in the rhythm of happiness into our lives. As a teenager, clouds accompanied me at all times, during day or at night - for they turned out to be my only friends who helped me to imagine and write down poems that brimmed with hopes and dreams.
Watching waves in the seashore can also bring in the rhythm of happiness into our lives.
Fortunately, my childhood days were spent amidst rich nature, where wild flowers and birds made my holidays happiest to the core. Summer vacation helped me to explore the bounty of nature around our home and cherished the blessings of being one with them. Now, I always bring back those joyful memories that helped me to grow as a person who believed in the saying 'Live, let live others'.
Every
living thing in this world has the right to live just like me; never
cross your limits that may invade their boundaries of freedom and
disturb their peace.
In
short, nature can only bring in the rhythm of happiness into our
lives. Though materialistic wealth may bring in comfort and easy
life style, happiness exists only in our hearts/minds. What an air
conditioner failed to do, few minutes of watching the silver-lined
clouds on a full moon day may help you to have a deep sleep without
any disturbance of dreams or unnecessary thoughts.
Beautiful blog post. Want to add one more. Happiness is listening to Tamil melodies.
